The Bear Creek / Pinhoti Trails in the Chattahoochee National Forest, Georgia, are known for their blend of forest service road climbs and thrilling singletrack downhills. This intermediate/difficult trail system offers a variety of experiences, from scenic overlooks and waterfall attractions to exhilarating downhill sections. The ride begins at Mulberry Gap MTB getaway, featuring a significant climb up Conasauga Road, followed by a descent on Bear Creek trail, and then tackles the Pinhoti 1 and 2 trails. The route involves climbs, switchbacks, and creek crossings, ending with a downhill stretch back to Mulberry Gap.
